
Christian Sinke new commercial director of Bizure

As of September 1, Anton Cnossen will hand over to Christian Sinke, who will take on the role of Commercial Director at Bizure. Christian is no stranger to TeamValue Group: he previously worked as an independent entrepreneur at TeamValue, with a focus on new business development.

After a ten-month trip around the world with his family, Christian is back on Dutch soil. After this lifetime experience, he now chooses to join Bizure.
“I always said: I'm not going to be employed permanently anymore,” says Christian. “I've been asked that several times, but I wanted to discover entrepreneurship. See if I could stand on my own feet without the backup of a permanent employer. Partly inspired by our travel plans. And I enjoyed that time. It was successful, I felt like a full team member among all clients. But those assignments always had a head and a tail. During our trip, I realized that I wanted to help build an organization again in the long term. And yes, permanent employment is a good fit for that.”
Why Christian?
Anton Cnossen, who welcomed Christian into the commercial team as a self-employed person at the time, says:
“I am very happy that Christian is joining us. When he joined as a self-employed person, we together tightened the proposition of TeamValue and Bizure, did market research and visited customers outside our network. This led to the Trusted Advisory Service. An important step to complete our story. Christian understands better than anyone how to find out customer needs and translate them into services. I am confident that he will continue to grow with Marco Bizure. I'm going to be happy to see it from the sidelines.”
Marco, Service Delivery Manager at Bizure, adds:
“With the arrival of Christian, we will have an experienced commercial force. Someone who not only helps Bizure grow, but also actively contributes to the further development of our organization. I'm really looking forward to taking this next step together!”
What was the deciding factor?
“Anton and Anouchka were looking for a strategic partner. Someone who, together with them, was able to take the organization further,” says Christian. “My entrepreneurship — both business and private — fits in perfectly with that. And the mission of TeamValue and Bizure fits seamlessly with what I think is important: delivering value for the customer. Take Bizure's customer satisfaction, for example, which is absurdly high compared to the market average. However, we are still relatively unknown. I want to change that with the team. Our eXperience Level Agreement (XLA) is a Unique Selling Point that cannot be copied easily.”
Anton adds:
“The combination of eXperience Level Agreement (XLA) and in my opinion, the Trusted Advisory Service is incredibly strong. How we then linked our CSP services to this with a innovation budget just makes it even more powerful. We have fully designed our business model to provide customer value and are 100% transparent in contracts. XLA is really in our DNA and has been implemented from back to front in the organization.”
Marco:
“Thanks to a stable operational basis and the structured XLA discussions with our customers, more and more space is being created for commercial development. Especially when it comes to the XLA feel. Consider, for example, the stronger positioning of our 'No-Hassle' KPI. That's an important part of our service, and something we really want to be known for at Bizure.”
Building the future together
Christian:
“Bizure is now working for wonderful customers such as Berenschot, Air Miles and recently the Netherlands Center for Youth Health (NCJ). I would like to expand that portfolio. With my arrival, Anton can fully focus on TeamValue, while I focus on Bizure with Marco. Last but not least: during the 1.5 years that I worked at TeamValue and Bizure, I also had a lot of fun. This has helped me to take on this challenge as Commercial Director.”
Anton:
“Now that Christian and Marco are fully focused on Bizure, I can focus on TeamValue again. Our consultancy and project branch. I see a lot of opportunities there. Now that Bizure is in good hands, I have the 'headspace' again to fully focus on structurally improving IT services. Not just at TeamValue, but as a standard in the market.”
Marco adds:
“Because Christian takes on the commercial part, there is room for me again to fully focus on the operation. Previously, I combined both roles, and with Bizure's growth, that sometimes became quite intensive. It is therefore very nice that Christian is now taking over that and we can continue to build on our proposition together.”
Ambitions and insights
Christian:
“Sustainable growth while maintaining customer satisfaction is my main goal. In my opinion, the two go hand in hand. Brand awareness is high on the agenda. During my earlier period at TeamValue, together with marketing, I implemented a method that brought us to the attention of the target group, with an active role for existing references. That gave immediate results. Now that Michelle (our marketer) and I are both fully on board — we were still external at the time and only worked two days a week — we can pay even more attention to this. That's going to be a party!”

Anton concludes with advice:
“Christian and Marco are not afraid to make choices, experiment and learn. They are a strong and complementary team. My advice: trust your intuition and the data from the XLA measurements. That's how you make the difference. For customers and colleagues.”
Finally, Christian shares a personal lesson from his trip:
“The trip gave me a lot of insights. The last six months were particularly valuable. I really had to learn to reflect: take the positive points out of your choices and learn from the bad ones. Sometimes it was confronting. You're suddenly together 24/7, with no escape to work or friends. In addition to mom and dad, we were also teachers and masters. This teaches you to accept and let go of the fact that things are not going the way you want every day. Patience is being tested, and that's OK. I am result-oriented, which is a good fit for my role. But I've also learned that some things take time. To stay in travel terms: the journey there is just as important as the destination itself.”
