Two organizations, one family? How does that work exactly?

We are the TeamValue Group. Bizure, part of the TeamValue Group, is an experienced Modern Service Management (MSM) organization specifically focused on the Microsoft Azure platform and all Microsoft Azure platform services. By proactively structuring our management, we provide continuity for both IT and the business.

For MSM monitoring, Bizure uses TeamNow (a Microsoft Azure certified BI application – our agile management game), a service desk, and an online portal for reporting, tracking, and closing out questions, incidents, and changes. Bizure operates using an eXperience Level Agreement (XLA), of which Service Level Reporting is a part. By using the XLA, we place the customer experience of our services at the center of everything we do.

TeamValue is the consultancy and projects label within the group, focusing on Azure Cloud services, BI, and Business Transformation. All from one family. Our Ohana.
